Green Peas Hummus

Another fantastic and healthy dip

Ingredients:

100 g green peas
35 g ground almonds
6 tablespoons milk
3 drops tabbasco
1 teaspoon curry
Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan heat some water over high heat.
Once the water is boiling add the green peas and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the green peas and place in the bowl of a mixer.
Add the ground almond, Tabasco, milk and curry.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Blend until smooth.
Serve with toasted bread.
